Roaster’s Market Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Application refers to Roaster's Market, the software program provided by the Company.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Lawson Retail Operations, LLC, 2201 Tecumseh Drive Norman, OK 73069.

Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

Country refers to: Oklahoma, United States

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Personal Data is any information that relates to, describes, references, could be linked directly or indirectly to a particular individual or household, or an identified or identifiable individual.

Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Address, possibly including Street, City, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code,

Usage Data.

We may also collect other personally identifiable information you provide us through your use of our services, such text messages and emails that you send to us, and transcripts of chat logs with our personnel. However, these private notes will not be shared with others unless you choose to allow us to share them.  


If you create an online login account with us (e.g., to participate in a loyalty or other program optionally offered by Us), you will be asked to provide or be assigned a login account name that is associated with you personally.   

Information you choose to disclose publicly on the Website or in public postings on social media platforms (i.e., information which is viewable by other platform users) will not be considered Personal Data or personally identifiable information for purposes of this agreement.


If You visit one of Our retail store locations, Your visit may be recorded on Our video surveillance system which is there to increase the safety and security of our employees, customers, and other visitors.

If you elect to enroll in the Roaster’s Market loyalty program “Roaster’s Rewards”, additional personal data may be collected from you.  For complete information on that program, please see www.roastersmarkets.com/loyalty.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., your IP address), browser type, Your geolocation information, Your browsing history, Your search history, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, Your purchase history with Us, the time spent on the Website pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may additionally collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, your geolocation information, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We use Google Analytics or a similar service to provide us information in the aggregate about how our visitors use the Website and Our Service.  Such information does not collect or provide to Us any of your Personal Information or, more generally, any information that We could reasonably use to identify You personally.  You may opt out of providing information in the aggregate to Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser.

To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.

For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We may also keep a record of your past financial and other transactions with the Company.  We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Agents

We sometimes employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowing collect any personally identifiable information from users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Website or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to Us or using the Services.  If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please immediately contact Us at contact@lawsonholdings.net with the email subject “CHILD DATA REMOVAL REQUEST”.

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers.  If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us but provide services to Us or Our customers. (“Third Party Sites”).  If You click on a third party link on the Website, You will be directed to that Third Party Site. Our provision of links to Third Party Sites is not an endorsement of any information, product or service that is offered on or reached through such Third Party Site.  Such Third Party Sites are not monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by US, and We are not responsible for the content or performance of any Third Party Sites accessed through this Website.
